Homeownership

This program is intended for individuals who are interested in purchasing or renovating a home. We offer counseling to get the customer ready to purchase to include Homebuyer Education. We will work with you on building your credit and get you prepared to buy a home. For those that are interested in renovating their home, we assist you through this process and provide the loan funds for the renovation. We also provide loan products for down payment and closing cost assistance, as well as package for Rural Development's 502 Direct home purchase loan.
